The Vampire Diaries- Season 2

28 Sep

Wow! After the dramatic ending in season 1 I was left on tenterhooks! I was so excited. The final episode of season 1 had the greatest twist and I was so captivated, I just couldn’t wait for season 2! Now I have seen it and well, I am speechless.
We begin with meeting Katherine (Elena’s doppelganger) for the first time. As soon as she is on our screens she creates havoc! From making everyone think she is Elena to causing chaos in Elena’s relationship! She is all that Elena isn’t. She creates the spice from Elena’s innocence and her don’t-mess-with-me attitude. I loved her!
In this season we also discover the Sun and the Moon curse, which makes vampires slaves to the sun and werewolves servants of the moon. This opens up a whole new world and at the end we even get to meet ‘The Originals’, the first ever vampires! For anyone who loves Caroline beware, she is about to take a turn for the worse! We get to see much more of Alaric and his vampire killing skills.
As we revisit the beginning of Mystic Falls I have fallen in love again with the costumes! If you love dressing up and like the big gowns they used to wear then you will love it!
I also love the suspense. The drama.  All that makes it worth watching! This season has even more thrilling, peak-from-behind-your-pillow moments and so much more suspense!
A great little extra is that on the DVD you do not have to watch the adverts. You also get special commentary that you can watch, including unaired scenes!
I absolutely can’t wait to sit down to season 3! I hope for even more romance, drama and of course Vampires!

You can buy The Vampire Diaries Season 2 at Amazon for an amazing £18.00

Gooey4. Now pour in as much cocoa powder as you want to get it to a nice chocolaty taste. If you want it plain, just skip this step!

Enjoy! Put it in a bowl and eat! You may want to add a filling like chocolate chips or raisins. Just add as many as you want to fit your taste!

Sunrise or Sunset?

16 Sep

I saw this on Plinky and it got me thinking, which do i prefer? The sunsets are more raw and have a brighter colour but the sunsets have a more… pastel tinge to it. I think i prefer the sunrise for the brighter more sheer colours but they are always too early for me to see!

SunriseThis is my favorite picture that i just managed to capture an early December morning on my iPod!
What is your favorite, sunrise or sunset? comment below!

Back to school

15 Sep

Sorry I’ve been away for a while, it’s just because i have just started back at school! It’s been so tiring and chaotic that i haven’t had time to write yet!
When i go back to school at the start of a new school year i HAVE  to have everything new! I mean school bag, pencil case, stationary and accessories!

My new school bag is part of the Waldo Pancake collection and it only cost £20! All of my friends thought it was funny and i was quite glad as it is compact but i can fit all my books in it. So new bag: check!

My brother bought me a new pencil case with loads of new stationary so that was great from accessorize. Pencil case and stationary: ding!

Pencil case

New shoes. I bought me new shoes in Italy when i went on holiday for only £10 (12 euros actually but i don’t have a euro sign so it roughly translates as £10). These are amazing and i love the style of them, and you cant even find these in England!

Finally new books. Every new year we get a new book for every subject. Everyone vows to keep it as their ‘neat book’ but, after a few pages it fails. It turns into messy doodle pages and by the end of the book you can barley read the scribbles that are our work! Then,. when we get another book, the process starts again!
